Finally, you will learn how to contact and relax back into the flow, energy, and wisdom of your True Self. I will lead you in personalized awareness practices that will allow you to identify the embodied sense of being in your True Self as well as opening to messages from your True Self. In this step, I will also share a written and verbal systems-level overview of how your True Self is working in relation to your protective parts, and also instruction on accessing the True Self in work and family contexts.
