Internal Family Systems begins exactly where you are. Together, we slow down, relax into what is real and true for you, and begin to notice what is happening in your life mentally, emotionally, and physically. In this first step, you’ll cultivate a non-judgmental and curious awareness of your internal system. By observing your thoughts, emotions, and sensations, you can begin to identify different parts within you. As we drop any agendas to fix, solve, judge, or analyze, the focus can turn to self-discovery.

  • Calming breathwork practices

  • Noticing practice: coming into awareness of what is happening in your system in this moment

  • Relationship practice: noticing the quality of the relationship between your Self and your parts
