Step Two: Presence

After we open to what is happening for you in your life mentally, emotionally, and physically, we can go deeper by getting present with the most important parts of you. In our one-on-one practice, I will guide you on a profound inward journey to the protective parts of you that defend, perform, manage, avoid, distract, and resist. I have no agenda but to help you meet each protective part inside of you and compassionately listen to and see what they want you to know.

I call this part of Presence “directed insight.” It will lead the way to a gentle but powerful uncovering of old emotional wounds and stuck patterns that that are holding you back from showing up in your work and life with your full, authentic self. I’ll also lead you into deeper awareness practices that will help heal old emotional wounds and give vulnerable parts of you more calmness, connectedness, and clarity.
