FOUNDATION PACKAGE

  • 1 intake session (30 minutes)

  • 4 Internal-Family-Systems-based coaching sessions (55 or 85 minutes each) via web video or phone, scheduled at weekly intervals

  • Email follow-ups including session recaps, journaling exercises, & practice prompts

  • Access to the Self-Energy Circle , an IFS practice community for clients committed to deepening their practice (additional cost). Includes group coaching, peer practice, and an IFS-trained AI coach.

PSYCHEDELIC MEDICINE CONSULTATION

  • For current clients only, we’ll focus on proper preparation and integration using Internal Family Systems.

  • Consultation on different types of medicine, their safety profiles, and common therapeutic use.
